Delivery Information

Delivery within the United Kingdom only.

All orders have a flat rate of £3.50 and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. 

Orders over £60 receive FREE DELIVERY.

Please allow an initial 1-2 days for despatch (although we aim to do this as soon as possible); once your order has been despatched delivery should be within 2 working days*.

Delivery notifications will be sent to you and, if necessary, you will have the option to make alternative delivery arrangements with Royal Mail.

Please note that once your parcel has been despatched it cannot be recalled or cancelled; Ootsie cannot be responsible for any delays in delivery after despatch.

If no-one is available to receive the parcel you may need to collect from your nearest Royal Mail Delivery Office.

If orders are returned to Ootsie as undeliverable, a refund will be made to your original payment method less £5.00 to cover administration costs.

* If your order is for a special occasion or you need it by a certain date, please get in touch before placing your order so we can do everything possible to make sure your products are with you on time.
